Here at Panda our children come from various ethnic backgrounds. We are committed to providing equality of opportunity and anti-discriminatory practices for all children and their families.

At Panda children always come first.

We believe that it is fundamental for parents, carers and staff members to work together to provide a safe, happy, caring and stimulating environment. At Panda children are given opportunities to reach their full potential. We aim to give children choices to enable them to become independent decision makers. Children like to explore the world around them, play with friends and have fun. We believe that good quality early education gives children a great start in life. At Panda children are introduced to many child friendly activities covering all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We encourage children to try new and exciting things and learn new skills, while developing their speech and communication.

From language and literacy development to social skills and creative expression, the children at Panda are constantly being exposed to new activities and environments in which they thrive. We build on the strengths and interests of each child to help lay a solid foundation where they can develop their future.

Children and team members’ safety and wellbeing are also at the top of our priorities, therefore we follow extensive Health and Safety and Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.

We want to offer all the children the best possible ‘home from home’ experience and we all work very hard as a team to achieve all of the above.
